Shipping and Returns

Most orders placed on our website before noon EST can be shipped that same day. Only actual shipping charges will be billed. If we cannot calculate the actual shipping charge at the time you place your order, you will be contacted via email with the actual shipping charge as soon as it is verified. Neil's Parts will never bill you for any charges without your approval.

Unless a specific carrier is requested, delivery will be made by the best available carrier as determined by Neil's Parts.

All parts carry a 30 day "No Questions Asked" return policy. You may return any part within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be given as a credit back against the credit card that was used at the time the order was placed. Returns after 30 days will be at the discretion of Neil's Parts. In the unfortunate event that a part is defective, our normal warranty policy will prevail.
